We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to?keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Merchandise purchased can be exchanged only (no refunds) within 10 days of purchase date. Merchandise must be in an unused and undamaged condition.

Beginner Class Series requires a $25 non-refundable deposit and after the first class there are no refunds.

If a client misses any scheduled classes in a series, there are no refunds for missed classes.
However, if a there is a suitable class substitute, you may arrange with your instructor to take an alternate class as a make-up.

Payment for one day special events and workshops are refundable up one week before the scheduled event date.
If the event is cancelled by Freehold Yoga Center, then a full refund is given.

We will refund all except $250 up to two weeks before the course start date. No refunds, after that date.

Class Pass (10 Class, 3 Month, 6 Month and 12 Month passes) No refunds after purchase of class pass.

Under extenuating circumstances the Director of FYC, at her discretion, may consider putting the membership on hold until the client can resume classes.
